omg. hahas.
yesterday's training was POWER!
it really felt great to be sailing once again.
racing at regattas...
that spirit that never dies in me..
it was simply wonderful.
the winds we good for training...
and i managed to spar with some.
so yeah. it was good.
everyone shouting and shit.
really felt so real!
finally! sailing coming back to life!
right now our team is training really hard
for the upcoming laser open!
yeah! we're gonna do great man!
lalala.
and im sick now.
stupid bus uncle last night.

he drove so fast...
and it just made me feel so uncomfortable.
prolly cos i was tired as well.
and yeah. i just felt like puking.
thank god i didnt.
i was so giddy that i walked quickly home.
and couldnt sleep last night.
even lying in my bed felt terrible.
grrr...
and i'm still giddy..
alice tang called me.
i really wanted to go for your lesson.
but im just not feeling well.
even though im not feeling well,
i'm still doing work at home k.

ive gotta go see the doc.
and i still need to go for apple training.
